Unhealthy cycles may include harmful behavior, addiction, toxic relationships, inconsistency, laziness, self-pity, depression, and comparing ourselves to others.

Holy Father, I come to you humbly as a child in need of their Father’s help. Lord, I am tired and frustrated by the unhealthy cycles in my life. I am tired of ending up back in the same place over and over and over again. Lord, I am sick of it and disappointed that I can’t seem to shake ____name the unhealthy cycle/s______. God, I recognize that I can’t do this in my own strength. So, I am calling on the omnipotent one, the only God who has the power to transform a murderer into an apostle, cause a small stone to take down a mighty giant, and call forth a dead man who had been in the grave four days. You are greater than satanic opposition, strongholds of the enemy, and every stubborn, unhealthy cycle in my life. So, I am crying out to you, oh God, my situation changer and stronghold destroyer.
I raise my faith as I call on you to break these patterns of behavior and interrupt the cycles. Shatter in pieces every steel door and cut through the spiritual bars of iron that have been fortified in my life, manifesting as unhealthy cycles. Lord, I submit to you; you are the potter, and I am the clay. May courage erupt in me so I can walk away from habits, relationships, situations, and pleasures that result in these cycles.
Your word says I am an overcomer, and I believe it!
Your word says I am a victor, and I receive it!
Your word says I am free, so I claim it!
I believe that I am delivered, and I will walk in newness by the supernatural and explosive power of the Holy Spirit that is at work in me. Unhealthy cycles, you will no longer have a hold on my life. I am free in Jesus name! Amen
